EP3 Ep3 big brake kit discs help

Hi all. I’ve got a big brake kit on my ep3 , mk1 seat Leon brembo calipers with 330mm vented front discs .
I need to replace the discs but there is no markings on the discs to orderthe correct ones.
Could anybody tell me what discs id need please ?
330mm total diameter
64mm central hole
45mm hub the outer disc .
