EP3 EP3 ECU's/Coding Keys

Afternoon Gents,

So I've bought a replacement ECU for my Honda Civic Type R EP3.

The immobiliser is ACTIVE so I need to get my keys coded to the donor ECU.

Is it true that HONDA can do this because I've been told they're locked so its not possible. Can someone clarify?

Additionally I have an aftermarket Alarm, its an AUTOWATCH 457 RLI, will this effect the changeover in anyway?
