EP3 EP3 Emission rating?

Hi guys,

Can somebody please tell me if my 2005 Type R (EP3) is Euro 5 compliant? I've checked my log book and original paperwork but states nothing about emission ratings. Basically I am trying to import my car to another country but that country said my car must be Euro 5 certified.

I'm 99% sure it's only Euro 4 compliant.

It's the reason the FN2 was dropped in September 2010 as all new cars registered from Sept 2010 had to be Euro 5 compliant or the company had to pay a surcharge for every car registered.

The regs came into effect for Euro 5 in Sept 2009 but there was a one year grace period for existing type approved cars.
