Ep3 front bumper fitment

Hi had the bumper off my ep3 to install intercooler and when reinstalling I can't seem to get it to sit right underneath head lights seems to be a gap of about 10mm does the bumper sit into the tabs or above them on the bar below headlights

It should go into the tabs under the headlight. The tabs are there to hold the top part of the bumper in position.
That part is pretty flimsy and may have moved/bent a bit when you pulled the bumper off. Just bend it up a bit and the bumper should line up fine.
 
I see I have it sitting on top to try close the gap but no joy I'll try bending the the bar upward slightly see if that helps
