Loosen the handbrake cables.
Check handbrake levers on calipers are at rest position.
Pump brake pedal.
Adjust cables.
If the cables don't tighten one of the levers on the rear calipers could be seizing and not returning to its rest position.
Cables don't 'stretch' enough to run out of adjustment.
I recently I had my rear claipers fully refurbished,and I loosened the cable pumped the break pedal and tighten it up and it was good,after a month it became loose again now its fully tighten
