EP3 JDM Side repeater fuse?

Hi, Recently I lost an amber cover from one of my side repeaters. Because they get installed upon entering the country it was an after market part so no chances of finding a replacement lens. I've bought some 'Universal' side repeaters. Now my question is, upon trial fitting these I must of shorted the two wires together and blown the fuse. I am guessing they are just relays from the headlight indicators? Where would the fuse be located?

There will be afuse box in the engine bay, and one under the sterring wheel panel.

Have a look there.

I've found the one under the steering wheel but there is no diagram to go with it? And ones I've found on the internet have nothing saying side repeaters or indicators.
