EP3 springs, recommendations

I want to lower my CTR by 15 - 20mm but don't know what springs to go for.
The problem is I don't want them to be rock hard or too soft, as near to the standard spring rate as possible.
Eibach keep popping up but I had a set of these on my Focus ST170 and wasn't too impressed, the fronts were way to soft and would hit the bump stops on the speed bumps. I know Apex do springs for the CTR but is there any other manafacturers?

I have spoon springs and the ride is a little stiffer but not bone rattling.

Is there any info on spring rates etc so I can get near enough standard ride quality but slightly lower? Only be looking to go about 20mm. Always have a laugh when I see silly lowered cars bouncing down the road.

I remember that thread. ABP were selling the springs for less than they pay Eibach for them according to what I was told.
