Ep3 steamed up headlight

Is this a common problem... easy fix or does it require splitting the unit of which I cant be bothered with and will just buy a replacement ???

If there's condensation on the inside of the headlight then it would be best to replace it, as it must be cracked or leaking. If it's just 'cloudy' then it's easily restorable. See meguires headlight restore kit.

I had this problem. got some silicon put it round the seal put the headlight back in and got condensation gel packs sat 1 just in behind the headlight in the engine, next day no condensation and its never came back.

Had a proper look the other day not had chance since buying the car and found that some nugget had not put the rubber housing back on properly so have taken it off and it has cleared so will be popping it back on correctly lol !
