Found a guy down Shell Station down Bristol with EP3 while I'm filling up, he's a member in CTRO.
He felt the engine power went ridicously poor.
He said his engine just went screeching very bad as something is knocking on metal then it cuts off.
When he tried to start it, loud noise in the engine then cuts off.
He had Injen CAI and the filter was very wet even with the hydrosock and he can't remember that he went in a very deep puddle.
He wasn't too sure if the engine got hydrolocked and I'm not sure either as I do not know the symptoms.
Weather was very bad earlier especially in M4.
