Does any one know if they would fit?? and i was asked what the 'offset' of the wheel was can anyone tell me what that is or this person talking crazy!!!

S2000 wheels should be different widths front to rear, also the centre bore is different before you even start talking about offsets etc :(
 
Cool cheers, I've replaced my EP3 wheels and some guy wanted to buy my old ones for his s2000. Dont know why, not sure it would look great IMO.
