Ep3 whining noise! *With VID*

Hi there!

My car developed a stupid whining noise in the right side of the car, that is loudest when the engine is cold, and I think that when the weather is cold too..and the noise increased after change the water pump 1month ago..
Recently I´ve changed:

-Tensioner, guides and chain
-oil pump chain, guides and tensioner
-Idler pulley and tensioner pulley
-aux belt

I´ve been running the engine today with belt off and noise is there anyway.. The only thing that I can think about in this moment is crank pulley with bad rubber in the middle.. after drive the car for 10/15min the noise seems to go away or is quiet...
Theres a topic on CTRO forum with some cars that have the same noise... is possible to listen the noise in this video:

Since this post the car is a little worse.. the noise is coming from the chain area near the near of the vtec solenoid..
If someone in the forum is experience this problem, please give me some idea..

Looking at your post date with no replies and this is still not resolved I would suggest to take the car to a garage who can look into it. TGM or TDI are a good shout.

Unfortunately I´m from Portugal..And the car have been in a Honda Dealer to ceckout..but tehy don´t know what is..thia starts after a timing chain and guide change..
