Right I've got my EP3 here. Which is my daily driver.

Afew days ago eml came on when I drove over 3500rpm. The car was fully warmed up.
After turning the car off and back on again no engine light, Until I go over 3500rpm?

o2 Sensor?

Has anyone experianced this before?

Any information would be appreciated!

Could be anything. You need to get the code read.

My guess would be O2 sensor or timing/cam chain stretch or jump/tensioner.

Depends on what the code is...

It's telling you something is wrong, but what you don't know until you put it on a code reader.

DIY job, can be done without removing intake manifold - although it is a lot more fiddly. If you're confident enough to take the manifold off, it's probably better to do so.

Best not to drive it until the sensor is replaced, or at least, if you have to drive it, take it easy until you've fixed it.

Well if it's knocking it'll end up throwing a rod and you'll likely be needing a whole new engine. No brainer really.
