Exhaust Rattle when cold

I have a rattle, drone from that sounds like its coming from the exhaust.

Only happens when the car is very cold. I'm sure its the exhaust but it could be a heat shield somewhere. Although it doesn't sound like the rattle I got from a heatshield before, last time it only used to happen around 3K RPM.

Has anyone else had this fault, and did the dealers fix it?

I had this the dealer fixed it when it went in for service and now it has started again. They just replace the rubbers on the exhaust.

Sounds to be coming from the front of the car.
Dealer had a look when it was in for a service, but they couldn't find it.

maybe fuel tank heatsheild?

I get a hum/vibration noise but it usually goes by the time I reach the end of my road....and it only happens when cold
