Facelift rear lights on a pre-facelift

I've just fitted my facelift lights on my civic ep3 but the reverse light connected is diffrent, is there some sort of converter I can buy? If not how do other people manage to get there's to work?

Did you ever get this sorted? I bought pre-facelift lights yesterday and I'm struggling with how to connect the wiring to the reverse bulb. With the lights came the original bulb holder and the little grey connector that goes in it but no wiring. Any ideas?
