FD2 FD2 windscreen wipers

Just watched the Fifth Gear CTR vs CTR again, and noticed the FD2 windscreen wipers... both wipers swing out from the middle towards the sides in opposite directions. Anyone noticed this? Is it the same on the FN2?

Not sure about the FN2 (don't see why they'd be any different though) but the FK2 are the same.

Nope, conventional wipers on the FN2. Pity they didn't go down the SEAT route where they tuck into the a posts when not being used.

It is the same as the FN2....'clap hands' wipers move from the centre to the edges...cheaper to make as tooling costs are less for the LHD/RHD variants.
