Federal rsr tyres ?

Recently got my type r with a set of brand new Federal 595 rsr tyres , i have never heard of these tyres before are they any good ?
seem preety grippy in the dry , havent tried them in the wet yet , any thoughts please. cheers

Refer to the attachment photo, the RS-R is semi-slick tires, it is a soft compound, therefore it is normal to have the visible tread splice after stress driving. This is common for all other brand with similar compound.
It should consider as normal and not manufacture defect.

FYI: Toyo R888 or any other BRAND don't have this problem..
