Since having an engine rattle (bottom end) I've had the bottom end rebuilt and now the car doesn't feel as quick as it was before and I cannot think of any reason for this any ideas?. Also I was wondering if anyone has a problem hitting 2nd gear when you try for a quick gear change afew people I know who have ep3's have the same problem is there a cure for this problem?.

Could it be the bottom end is still tight?

Re: 2nd gear crunch, do a search mate.....a common issue with plenty of hints & tips of how to get round it ;)
