Few bits need sorting need advice

Hello got my type r the weekend and while it mechanically sound the bodywork needs a bit of love and attention.

I need some help. one of the wing mirror indicator strip has turned orange inside and the other is clear. Is the anyway of removing this strip if so how (step by step would be lovely)

Also the front headlights have a slight mist look underneath the cover is it possible to remove these covers to if so step by step would be appreciated to.

Do you know any places in the midlands area who specialise in doing this sort of thing ive already asked my bodyshop but he only does bodywork

Try some polish on your head lights like g3 works a treat.
