fitting air ducts in fog light recess

I have a 2005 ep3 which has lost one of the plastic mesh inserts on the front bumper, where fog lights would/could be fitted. I have found out you cannot buy replacement inserts, so I purchased carbon fibre air duct vents which fit in their place.
Has anyone had experience of fitting these? What product is best to secure them? Can they be fitted without removing the bumper?
Any help/advice greatly appreciated.

thanks for replying. Yes I found that, don't know what he used to secure, looks like you have to remove the bumper.

Pretty sure it's just a strong double sided sticky tape.

I used Sticks Like Sh*t. Does what it says on the tin, they haven't fallen off yet.

You don't need to remove the bumper, I just had mine off anyway. Well, unless you want to connect them to anything of course...
