fitting spoon n1 to dc5

Hi all, im having a bit of trouble with my old exhaust bolts that need to come off.
The nuts are pretty knackered and seem seem seized.

How have others gone about getting them off? was thinking ill just grind them off and get some new bolts.

Its the type with a spring behind the bolt head.

Or is there an easier method to get it off?

thanks ill give them a ring. Do you need any exhaust putty or anything?
i was expecting it to just be a flange joint with a gasket between but ive not seen this before.

It just uses the ring gasket that is currently on your standard mid pipe, you should source a spoon midpipe too as they work great together :)

Had this problem on my dc5, i didnt want to round them off so i kept soaking them in GT85. The day after i used a mol grip and came off easy
