Hopefully this will help anyone that had the same advisory or MOT fail that I had on my second MOT. I was advised my track rod end rubber boots would need replacing as they were starting to perish. I searched online under FK8 and couldn’t find any apart from brand new track rod ends. I tumbled across these https://hondadirectparts.co.uk/part...onda-civic-type-r-2015-2016-tie-rod-end-boot/ from the previous generation Type R and took a punt and bought them. They are exactly the same as the ones on my 2019 FK8. They’re a bit tricky to fit as you have to pry them off as they’re an interference fit. To get them on you will need grips to squeeze them back up to the shoulder but certainly beats buying complete new track rod ends.
