Fn2 Clicking , clicking and more clicking!!!!!

Hey guys I'm having the standard fault of clicking coming from the front drivers side.

does it come from the subframe as apparently mine is clean and that's not the issue , genuinely thought it could have been the drive shaft.

clicks when accelerating , braking and cornering a low speed.

also what sort of gains can you get from a flash pro with a stock fn2 ??

Other than the subframe, clicks are normally top mounts or droplinks.

You won't get huge top end figures on a standard car but you'll get a fair bit more mid range power which lets face it, is where you spend most of the time in the rev range.

Already replaced the drop links , feeling the clicking through the wheel .
Replacing the engine mount won't be a cheap one either joys of a type r.
What's the best way to find out ? Just replace them??

Engine mounts are usually fine. I meant top mounts on the top of the suspension struts.

Get someone to turn the wheel while you're under the bonnet and listen for them clicking.

It's been to 3 mechanics that can't find the fault but I don't think anyone has taken the subframe apart and done what it said to do on another thread I saw.

might stick it over a pit and have a go
