fn2 double din fascia kits? which 1?

hi everyone, I have spent hours trolling through many forums dating back to many years and a lot of links no longer work. What i want to do is get a double din head unit for my 2008 fn2. I wonder if this is the kit i need

most importantly:
1)will everything else work as normal, like dual climate, air con, ventilation, the climate display etc
2)any other additional cables i might need?
3) any downside of double din?

Fixed the link.

That is the Connects2 kit and looks like everything you need for the headunit listed.

The wiring look means the aircon and climate works, the display turns into a clock with it. You'll need another cable if your headunit isn't listed.
