fn2 jerky when cold and fan on!

Just got my first type r (fn2) last week and I've just noticed that when the car is just started up from cold it's quite jerky when accelerating when i get into next gear but is fine after 5 minutes. Also the fan kicks in as soon as i come to stop all the time, even when the engine is cold.

Mine does the exact same not long got mine. But I think its normal

My EP3 is also the same when cold, just need to take it easy until warm.
Not sure about the fan though!
