FN2 - K&N Panel Filter or Stick to OEM Honda? (Service on Thursday!)

As per title guys.

Car is going in for a service on Thursday. OEM Honda Filter is around the same price as I can get the K&N Panel Filter for.

Should I go for the K&N? Or are they absolute crud? I can't find any threads about them!

It's no better or worse than the original one really except that you can clean it rather then it being a chuck away filter like the OEM.
