Hi all,
Well I've done a bit of research and Milano Red (the colour of my new Type R bought last Oct) is an "interesting" colour to say the least - I've read that it fades quite easily and nothing can be done because its under clear, BUT then I've read its a tricoat paint whereby there is a base colour and a secondary colour, with a clear on top. BUT then more interesting, have heard that there is an orange tint in the clear layer too. Also that there are variations between different Milano Reds (even though I would have thought they'd be identical as per R81 colour code).
Does anyone know if the tricoat applies to the FN2 Milano Red? Any other info on the colour, pls share!
Cheers
Andrew
