FN2 Rear Bumper Removal

After tracking down a low mileage immaculate FN2 type R, i came back to the car park to find some kind person has swiped the rear corner whilst leaving the parking space, never left their details or anything, rear plastic quarter has completely removed the paint, luckily not crushed or split.
Question as i need to get repaired is how easy to remove the rear bumper and N/S arch trim.

The arch has a screw at either end IIRC, then just unclips the rest of the way.
