Frankenstein build

The thing is, if K24 builds were easy / cheap then more people would have had them done or built them themselves.
 
I nearly went to look at one when buying my second ep and the guy answer the phone "yeah bruv" and car was located in Birmingham.
Funnily enough I decided against viewing it, it was also a little too cheap for what it was so something cant have been right.
