FN2 Front and rear bumpers

Can anyone tell me on the FN2 rear bumper which some have the bottom panel in black. Does this just clip off from the main bumper as I would like to spray mine, and is the front the same?

Isn't that just the GP kit which was an optional extra?

Completely different sections from OEM, the guides for fitting are above.

You could spray or wrap the OEM ones, but the ones I've seen where people have had a go look odd because there aren't any natural lines to end where you do it as they flow onto the arches.
