front shock absorbers HELP

Car got serviced by honda today, done a health check and large amount of play in both front shock absorbers, also both front lower arm compliance bushes cracked and perished what do they mean by this? I want to get a frsu done and I have all the parts eibach pro lowering springs. What parts do i need as i want to order them.What are the best shock absorbers to get ?standard ones ? Anyone know how much they cost ? Any help much appreciated thanks

I too would like to know what OEM are worth. I've got a set with Spax springs.

The bilstein oem shocks are good from eightspeed. if its just the front ones just pm them for a price think its like £190 for front set shocks.
