Front stud replacement.

So while fixing my brakes i discovered i am missing one of my wheel nuts.
No biggie i though just a dumpty previous owner.
However trying to fit a spare nut i had i found that the thread is ****ed on the stud so it needs replacing ideally.

Is it possible to replace the studs on the front hub without splitting it from the bearing?
The only information i can find on the internet about it seems mixed as to weather its possible or not!

You shouldn't need to take the bearing out because they sit flush - but you might want to find someone with a proper press to save bashing the thing against a vice.
