Apart from handing this to the guys at the alignment place, and having the rear camber adjusters, what else do you need for FRSU?

Cheers,

Yoshi

Yup they're the ones I have too. You might read some nasty stories about them snapping or seizing but I just sealed them with Collinite to protect it against the elements. Been about 1 and half years and there still no signs of corrosion (touch wood). Having springs fitted soon so will need to be readjusted. Hopefully it won't be seized but we'll see.

Or you could just do that instead lol. Back when I bought them though, the D2s were a bit cheaper than they are now so that was a factor for me. The price difference isn't so great nowadays by the looks of things.

If it's a daily driver I'd advise against the full fat fast road set up as I've been killing the edge of tyres for fun since I had it done. I'm going to go back and get half a degree put back on (therefore -1.0 and -0.5)

hi weres the best place to get front and rear camber kit? there some skunk 2 rear kit on ebay for approx £80 but no fronts

tut tut

where do you plan to get the FRSU done? TGM, TDI, or a local place?

£80 is about the right price for the rear camber arms
the front camber bolts are about £30

I know ABP Motorsport sell the eibach parts you need on ebay

Don't get the D2's. People have had them snap during driving in the past.

SPC's are your best bet for value/performance.

Hi I forgot to say my local jap specialist will be carrying out the work

Do you guys know if a tyre fitting place will have the gear to do this? I have had my tracking done at a local tyre place before, I only paid 20 quid, just wondered if a standard laser tracking rig that a good fitters would use, would be usable for setting my car to FRSU?
