FN2 Fuel cap

Went to petrol station tonight to fill the ctr fn2 up n the petrol cap won't open , any ideas ? I've heard its a common problem , thankyou
 
Did the pull handle feel floppy? If so then the cable has possibly come off the rear.

The only time mine ever did it was when it was frozen up. I just kept repeatedly pulling the handle and then tugging at the cap until it opened.
 
I had this in the EP3 but not the FN2.
When like Loxy said, the cable had become disconnected.

On the EP3, you could remove an access panel in the boot to temporary remove the locking mechanism and open the fuel cap.
