Does anyone have this system is it quite ? Also is it a direct fit to the cat ? can get one for £620 imported from japan

I have one mate. It's pretty quiet untill it is warmed up but it's not too bad imo.

It does indeed fit right onto the cat and car without any problems.

£620 for a new one is a good price imo.

It will be no where near as loud as an unsilenced b pipe and spoon n1 backbox then ? If you got yours second hand the modification could of been done already you have to make bolt holes bigger apprantly, do you have a manifold & decat aswell ?

Yes mine was second hand. You should only have to open up the holes a bit like the spoon b-pipe but don't quote me on that.

I think you open up the holes on the cat side, not the exhaust side.
