What happens to sent mails from people when your inbox is full??

I got an email saying that so and so sent me a pm but my inbox is full so need to delete some messages.

Does the other person need to send me the pm again once i've cleared my inbox or does the pm comes automatically??

Just the capacity (sp) of the PM on DW is pretty small i think- only have 30 pm in total in both my inbox and sent items.
