Hi everyone.

Going to get my car serviced, was wondering can someone give me tips and pointers what all usually needs done on a 2007 Type R FN2 with 45k miles i.e. What to change? And mainly what oil, filter and spark plugs that everyone recommends? All help appreciated. I want to keep this wagon in top order!

Opie in the Traders Section will sort you with oil and filter and Tegiwa do the IFR7G-11KS spark plugs at a good price.

I have been using 5L of Fuchs Titan 5-40w oil for years and has been pretty good value.
Hamp shortie oil filter.
NGK iridium plugs as Loxy said.
Honda MTF3 gearbox oil 2L(i think both the EP3 & FN2 use the same oil)
Honda type 2 coolant 5L
Motul RBF600 brake fluid. 2-3L for both brake and clutch fluid change.

Thats what i use for a full service on my EP3 and the FN2 is pretty much the same
