Fussy bugger needs head unit

Looking to update the OEM unit. Must haves:

Front mounted USB socket for memory sticks (don`t care for Ipods)
DAB ready (as in proper ready, not when I spend another £150 on a gubbin)
Remote control
Ideally less than £250
Good display for skipping tracks/radio stations

i have this very nice sound, easy to use, and rear usb (i put the lead in the glove box out of the way).

Also very good on price but no dab. please note if you get a dab player you will after change the aerial
