EP3 Gearbox noise in reverse.

Hi all. I know the ep3 is known for having a bit of a noisy gearbox but does anyone get a real jerky winey sound from there's when they reverse? mine is pritty loud.

They are pretty noisey, maybe find a member local to you to compare.

Yes, both my wife's and mine are pretty noisy in reverse. Think it's normal.

I think it's Hondas in general. Well some anyway.

thanks for the replies chaps. It went into honda a while back for the valve clearances and they had a look over it while it was there and said it looked a good en so hopefully it is fine. aint had the car long and just wanted other honda owners opinions

Yeah its normal dude, My brother has had 2 EP3's which made the same 'noise' in reverse and my EP3 makes the same 'noise' too, its the norm I think.
