heard so much lately about the gruppe m intake but what it the best exhaust for the ctr to get the full opertunity.

Actually have a look through this section, there are threads on the first page asking the same question. And then if you like the look of a particular exhaust, look for threads on that specific exhaust. There won't be anything that won't have already been covered.
