H braces, worth it?

Yeah that's the one mate. Did a google search and alot of people rate them on ek,eg's etc. so far haven't read much ref type r's though
 
Have a look at the massive black lump of subframe under your car.

You're not gonna brace it any more ;)
 
Front strut braces are more than just bling, they do actually serve a purpose but improvements are minimal.
Lowering springs with a FRSU is the best route to take for handling, braces help too so if your tracking the car they are a worthwhile investment.

FRSU (with bolts & camber arms), -20/30mm springs, LSD, Progress Rear ARB and sticky tyres is a perfect set-up for the track
