Halfords Castrol oil special.

So is this magnatec stuff okay to use on a modded ep3 for road use!? Ie won't cause the k20 engine to self destruct?
 
Yep any 5w40 fully synthetic is fine.

Reducing your oil change intervals is the best thing you can do for your car.
 
Yeah it won't break your engine if that's what your worried about.

I would only recommend 5w40 though.
