Heated throttle body

I gave the car a clean yesterday and whilst I was under the bonnet I had a quick though
If I were to re-route the two coolant pipes going into the throttle body this would surrely stop heat soak after prolonged thrashing. Am I right?
I understand that the pipes are there to stop the fuel freezeing on cold mornings and to help with cold starts.

I doubt it will make any difference to the performance, you still got a massive lump of metal sitting at around 90 degree's that the throttle body is connected to. Give it long enough and it will all reach the same temperature with or without extra heating to the throttle body.

The bypass mod would work better with a Hondata heatshield gasket **
