HELP! Dead battery...Immobilizer not working?

Hey guys and girls,

So went to go out for a drive the other day and about to start the car and it just wouldnt start...Flat battery so got my brother around with jump leads, left it for a few and nothing, wouldnt start and i noticed that the Green "key" on the instrument panel was flashing, i think this is an immobilizer issue? was hoping to get some info from anyone?

Im probably wrong, but now the battery is charged, try unlocking he car with the fob, then locking it again, and then unlocking it again. Then try and start it.

This was the immobiliser procedure i used to do
