help !! tegiwa/gruppe m insert kit

Will buying this kit from tegiwa imports for £28 make modifying the scuttle panel a lot easier ? or can it be done without it ? Has anyone bought or used this kit ? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

Most people don't bother IIRC, you're only cutting away the plastic above the hole in the airbox. Just make sure the hole isn't bigger than the scoop otherwise you have nothing to fix the scoop to.

I didn't bother I used the gruppe m guide and fibre glassed and fillered mine.

Ive bought the insert kit, will make It alot easier tegiwa said . Do you like the induction kit have you noticed any power gains?

Nooby question but the small breather Hose where does that attach to ?

The long red hose that comes with the kit goes from the silver part of the kit (underneath where the intake pipe attaches, to the rocker cover breather. If that makes sense

Hmm no not really i know it goes Into the Rocker Cover breather but not sure about other end :s

There's a little aluminium bit on the induction kit it goes to there. Not my picture but it might give you the idea of where it goes
