front fogs on pre facelift atr dont work. checked bulbs-both work. checked relay-works fine. switch light works but no power to them

How did you test the relay btw?
How do you know it's working?
Anyway
Get a voltmeter. Set it to volts DC
Turn on the circuit
Take the black lead of your voltmeter and put it on a good earth and leave it there.
Take the red lead and put it on the LIVE side of the bulb holders.
You should see around 12v.
If not, trace the wiring back to the relay and test at each possible point along the circuit with the red lead looking for 12v.
If you find 12v, it means you have an open circuit between the point you have 12v, and the point you don't. Easy.
If you found 12v at the bulb holder, then put the red lead then on the other side, the earth.
You should see a MAX of 0.3v.
If you see 12v it's a bad earth.
