Hesitiation when warm

I have a 2003 EP3 and when it warms up the car hesitates when pulling away and when changing gear.
when its cold its fine but as soon as it warms up it will hesitate like above
could it be the plugs as its on 84k and cant find any plug change in the history but it has had the valve clearences done
is there any other known faults?
