Xenons are HIDs.
It means High Intensity Discharge and it uses xenon bulbs.

They will be aftermarket, and will probably fail an MOT.

god knows. i see loads of ep3's rolling round with xenons though i thought they were legal lol obviously not! i take it you dont get pulled very often for them if lots of people are burning around with them!
