Hks rsk missing joint pipe??

Hi guys so I purchased an rsk from a guy on eBay who was also selling the kit on the other site. The kit arrived a week later with no pipes. So after a quick call he knew he'd messed up and said he'd put them straight in the post. Another week later two pipes arrive... No water bypass pipe. So another call and lots of texts (as he didn't understand what I still needed as he got a garage to for the kit originally) he finally found the bypass pipe and sent it out.

So I have just got home to find a parcel. Opened it and there is only the black pipe no little metal joint pipe! After looking at the envelope he used there was a hole in the pack and it looks like it has fallen out.

So just wanting advice on what you guys think I should do? Can I not use the bypass pipe? Can I buy the joint pipe separately and charge the seller back? Or can I make my own joint pipe?

They are pricey. Might see if the guy is willing to refund some money and put towards them.

I'm pretty sure I saw a pic somewhere of an hks fitted without moving the original metal water pipes and just adding the top pipes in. Anyone know anything of that??
 
I might be thinking of the wrong ones.....your after the long water hose that doesn't connect to the intake pipe? If you found out the correct OD/ID you could just but a length of silicon hose and cut to suit! Could have any color you like then!

Yeah I'm after the water pipe as its proving very difficult to get this pipe from him. Been looking on eBay at tubing kits.

Does anyone know if the FD2 hoses are similar to FN2?? This kit looks ok to me:
