holes in exhaust?

Hi all iam new here and also a new type r owner just 8 days , ive noticed under the twin pips thers a small hole on both is this a drain hole or has this been done by a previous owner? I personally thought the exhaust was blowing and did not know if this was why? Thanks in advance!

Holes for the flamer kit - It must have been taken off at some point :lol:

On a serious note: They are just drainage holes don't panic.
