How do you set the clock time on the standard HU?

Picked the car up yesterday & can I figure out how to set the clock on the HU? Can I feck?!

Please help a chubby man in need

Hold the clock button then the ones marked H and M, that should see you right!!

Thanks for the quick answer, but either my brain is fazzled or I'm plain stoooopid, but where the feck is the clock button? :lol:

Under the rotary knob on the left, then the H and M are under the preset buttons 1 and 2 i think.
